Have you ever really considered a day without movement?
Call it exercise, sport, dance, physical activity, play, medicine ... to move is to be human. Our physical body gets us from place to place and is the vehicle for all that we want and need to do each day. It is THAT important! "deha" is a sanskrit word meaning "body". Our physical body ... that which makes understanding, feeling and experiencing all the inner parts of ourselves and everything around us possible.
My aim as a health and wellness professional is to help you understand, feel and experience your body, all your inner parts and everything around more fully through high-quality, affordable individual and small group training. We start with the body and how we move ourselves through the day ... when we start to move, we often feel better.
I emphasize regular, consistent training body and mind for healing, health, fitness and performance. Ongoing engagement with our body and mind training produces results - like any relationship, we need to show up every day, not just when it's convenient. The particulars of movement training will change with years of life, circumstance and even day-to-day, but each of us can create and achieve goals if we are willing to start where we are now ... and add some individual coaching, accountability and community to help out!
