My favorite activity? How can I possibly pick just one?
There are a few that stand out though... WALKING is by far my favorite mode of transportation, leisure activity and stress buster. Some massive walkabouts are definitely on my to-do list. A few others: push-ups, side planks and gentle back bends and dancing (even if it's only me calling what I do dancing!)

Her formal education in the human behavior and the exercise sciences includes earning her PhD from the University of South Carolina (2012) and MS from Arizona State University (2008). Additionally, she is a certified Medical Exercise Specialist, certified Health Coach and Group Fitness Instructor through the American Council on Exercise and a certified Functional Movement System member. Everything else she knows she has acquired through copious amounts of continuing education, personal exploration and years of experiences watching, admiring and working with human bodies.
